Product & Quality

  1. What are microgreens? 
    Microgreens are young, edible plants harvested at the early leaf stage.
    They are packed with concentrated nutrients, offering significantly higher levels of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants compared to mature plants.
    Microgreens are known for their intense flavours, vibrant colours, and delicate textures, making them perfect for enhancing salads, sandwiches, wraps, and smoothies.
    They are a fresh, natural way to add a nutritional and visual boost to everyday meals.

  2. How long do microgreens stay fresh? 
    Stored in the fridge, our microgreens stay fresh for 5–7 days.
    We recommend consuming them as soon as possible for the best taste and maximum nutrition.
    The "best before" date is indicated on the bottom of the package.

  3. Are your microgreens organic? 
    We grow all microgreens without pesticides or synthetic fertilisers. While we follow organic principles.

  4. Can I eat microgreens raw?
    Yes! They're most often eaten raw – but you can also blend them or use them as garnish on hot dishes.

  5. Do your products contain allergens? 
    We operate a facility dedicated exclusively to growing and packing microgreens, without handling any other food products. However, some of the seeds (e.g., brassicas, legumes and mustards) used for microgreens may contain allergens. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to specific seeds or plant species, please consider this before making your purchase.


📦 Orders & Delivery

  1. When will my order be delivered?
    We deliver orders on Thursdays to ensure maximum freshness. Harvest maximum 24 h before delivery. 

  2. Can I choose a delivery date?
    You can leave a hours in the notes at checkout – we'll do our best to accommodate, but can’t guarantee exact time.

  3. What if I'm not home at the time of delivery?
    You can leave delivery instructions (e.g., safe place). Since our products are perishable, we cannot offer refunds if they spoil due to failed delivery.

  4. Do you offer local delivery?
    Yes, we offer hand-delivery in selected areas. Enter your postcode at checkout to check availability.

  5. Do you deliver outside the UK?
    Currently, we only deliver within Wigan due to the fresh nature of our products.


🔁 Subscription & Payments

  1. How does the subscription work?
    Choose a weekly or bi-weekly plan. We'll deliver fresh microgreens automatically, and charge your payment method before each shipment.

  2. Can I pause or cancel my subscription? 
    Yes – you can pause, skip or cancel anytime via your customer account. Just make sure to do it at least 48h before your next delivery.

  3. What payment methods do you accept? 
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay 

  4. Can I pay by bank transfer? 
    Yes – bank transfer is available for business clients. Contact us for proforma invoices and account details.

  5. Will I receive a VAT invoice?
    Absolutely. Invoices are automatically sent after each purchase. B2B customers can request net pricing and scheduled invoices.


🧾Returns & Support

  1. Can I return my order? 
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not possible. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4h.

  2. My order arrived damaged – what should I do?
    Take a few photos and email us at shop@nisitrade.co.uk within 4 hours. We'll offer a refund or replacement, no worries.

  3. Are your products safe and clean? 
    Yes – we grow in sterile, monitored conditions and follow food safety standards.


Wholesale & Business Orders

  1. I run a restaurant – can I get wholesale pricing? 
    Yes! We offer special wholesale rates and flexible weekly delivery plans.

  2. Is there a minimum order for B2B clients? 
    Yes – minimum order quantity and delivery schedule depend on your location and product type. Let’s talk!
